In the beginning we were not in favour of paying for a planner / designer but after a series of slow sales and other problems we decided to employ a planner / designer.

To our amazement and working as part of a team with positive reasons for issuing certain changes to oversee, architects designs, which resulted in better space planning, which we could set off against sales, with far better designed interiors and exteriors, which helped properties sell faster and avoid pitfalls of previous mistakes. We were well delighted with the results.

New builds-Renovations: Individual - House owner (Voula)

I purchased a new apartment and decided to employ a planner / designer. Not only was l surprised as it took all the stress away but also created maximum space and style.

They utilized the space of the house and it was very cost effective as l did not have to take time off work looking for things and trying to sort appointments out for labourers. It was all taken care of with excellent results, and all the costs and budgets were supplied, too. They even cleaned up all the labourers mess.

Repairs & Decoration - House Owner

Working a full time job and having a very responsible position it's very hard for me to take time off work if l need anything fixed. It has been so hard getting people to do the repairs.

l decided to pay a yearly membership fee for repairs. Well, l have called on their services several times. They helped me choose the colours for the exterior painting of the building and oversaw all the work and the painters. They took care of all the problems. l am very pleased with their services. Well worth the fee. Thank you!

We were looking for rental because we wanted to change the area we lived in. Particularly we were looking for properties which are renovated and fully managed.
